2. Is my data private?
Absolutely. We built Thera North to be as safe as possible. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your personal conversations for advertising or profiling.
3. Does the AI "learn" from my private conversations?
No. Your data is never used for training purposes. We have strict agreements with our AI providers to ensure that your messages are processed only to generate a response for you and are never added to their global learning models.

To provide the chat feature, we use trusted third-party AI services. However, before any message leaves our app, it goes through an anonymization layer. 7. Can I delete my data?
Yes. You have full control. You can request to delete your account and all associated chat history at any time through the Settings menu. Once requested, your data is purged from our active systems within 30 days.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES−256 at rest and TLS/SSL in transit) to ensure that your data remains secure while being stored and while traveling between your device and our servers.
